1. Warranty
Zuma Blinds provides a 25-year warranty on all mechanisms, fabrics, and operational parts. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation not performed by Zuma Blinds.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon order confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment can be made via cash, certified cheque, e-transfer, credit card, or other methods approved by Zuma Blinds.
If payment is not received by the due date, Zuma Blinds reserves the right to charge late fees or interest on the outstanding amount as permitted by law. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services, cancellation of the order, and/or referral to a collection agency.
Zuma Blinds may also place a lien on the property or goods installed or delivered until full payment is made. The customer agrees to pay all costs associated with collection efforts, including legal fees and collection agency fees.
3. Order Confirmation
All orders are subject to acceptance by Zuma Blinds. Upon receipt of your order and payment, we will send an order confirmation. Any changes or cancellations must be requested in writing and are subject to approval.
4. Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation dates are estimates and subject to change. Zuma Blinds will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled dates, but is not liable for delays beyond our control. Customers must provide safe and clear access for installation.
5. Cancellation and Returns
Custom blinds are made to order and cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started. If cancellation is approved before production, a cancellation fee may apply.
6. Limitations of Liability
Zuma Blinds is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
